The 4 Cyber Cafe
Glance at our first ever Hot Seat extravaganza! Created in Richmond, VA, the ticket sales were over 100 people our opening night. Ladies between the ages of 22-35 were ready to open up their hearts and let their guard down for at least one night only! Our host was radio personality Lili Chanel from the arguably best hip hop and RnB station on the east coast, 106.5 the Beat. Out of any event The Host Seat has produced, this one certainly set the tone for what was to come.

Our first event turned out to be so successful we had to run it back one more time! Creating this event in less than 60 days after the first one ever, this masterpiece was also one to not miss. The energy was a lot more relaxing than the first, but still a sight to see. As the ladies were a lot more laidback - as well as the guys, this experience was one to remember.

This event had DOUBLE the women in the house! Almost running out of seats, the number of contestants were literally "through the roof"! Partnering with one of the most notable Dj's in the DMV area, DJ "" was able to assist in making this night one for all to never forget!

This may have been the most clean cut, on time, loving atmosphere yet. The ladies were patient, open, and exciting! The fellas were focused and passionate. This experience was super intimate, making it maybe the best to date in the DMV area.

A complete milestone for the future of The Hot Seat, making it to Miami has been our biggest accomplishment yet. With seats filled - taking every open chair of the entire lounge, we almost ran out of space! The ladies came looking spicy, while the fellas came jazzy and ready to open their hearts! We had to let this event run an HOUR after it was supposed to just because of how much the contestants demanded more and more rounds with each other! Exciting, genuinely romantic, and happily fulfilling to each contestant - Miami WILL be having a round TWO very soon!

Blessed enough to create a team with the top rooftop in Richmond, VA - Kabana Rooftop is officially our new home in the DMV when The Hot Seat is in town. Everyone from the likes of DJ Swirv Dinero from 92.1 the beat, to Lili Chanel from the station 106.5 made a presence at this event! Everything from the scenery, to the drinks, to the host, to the food made this experience immaculent. Round two at Kabana will be in a few months because how could we not come one more time!

This event at Kabana Rooftop was genuinely a TROPHY to The Hot Seat establishment. Rotation was excellent, conversation was flowing, and our relationship coach was there to assist anyone with questions. Literally a dream come true!

Down to earth. Classy. Intimate. This event had the perfect amount of contestants come and SHOW out! This crowd was patient, open, and ready to get down to business! Securing another date in February at this location ALREADY, how can we NOT have an amazing event! This experience also had a few return guests!

An HONOR TO BE A PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE! The Ladies and Fellas of New Orleans came to play NO GAMES! With the fellas being patient, laidback, and relaxed - the ladies were able to mingle with each one and really get down to the nitty gritty on what characteristics they were craving in a relationship! Over 9 matches were made, and some couples even leaving out hand in hand! This event was ONE FOR THE BOOKS. Definitely coming back to have some more single people sit in the hottest seat of them all, THE HOT SEAT! As seen on Instagram, Smiley Tha Comedian came to host this baby!

 To say this experience was SOLD OUT, would be an understatement! MORE than every seat filled, our singles literally had a pick of every possible mate there could be in the 757 area. The ladies AND the fellas came SUPER EARLY to this one, and the team at Norfleets Lounge were ready for it all! This event was so HUGE, we need a part TWO in May. It is currently being in the works now!

Richmond Virginia will forever be the home of the HOT SEAT! Virginia is for LOVERS OfCourse! Making successful events back-to-back, there is no way we couldn't stop by for another experience at Kabana Rooftop in the downtown Richmond area! The biggest rooftop in the city is the perfect match for The Hot Seat. Starting on time, amazing drinks and views -this experience was a beautiful start of the spring season.

Blessed and HIGHLY favored to have made it to the ATL only a year into The Hot Seat by Genny! Working with the BEST Vegan lounge in the city of Atlanta, GA -this event was a dream come true! Home of Martin Luther King Jr, the hospitality was much appreciated. Ladies were on time, and the fellas came with their button up shirts, and suit & ties! Love was all over the room this night. Round 2 in Atlanta is a must! Shout out to our host Vaysda Sorrel, she did her thing!

A LITERAL DREAM of The Hot Seat is to finally make it to Washington DC! The ladies had to be one of the most inspiring yet, bedazzled and slayed to the GODS! Hair, Attire, and Personality was super LIT at this event! Thankful to work with the state-known restaurant Half Cafe Lounge in the heart of DC, this place was BEAUTIFUL. This location was on an outside patio, food amazing, and even a picture booth! This event was one to remember forever! Shout out to Xavier THE Relationship Coach, for hosting!

With the energy and atmosphere being so amazing the first go around, why not come back for more? The singles of the Norfolk and Beach area came for ALL business and no play! With the help of Norfleet's Lounge - the timing, drinks, and food were perfect for the contestants. Chemistry was all throughout the air, along with smooth RnB music and beautiful people. Round 3 for this location is in the works!

Starting all the way in a small city to such a MAJOR ONE like HOUSTON TEXAS was a JAW DROPPER. Choosing a location was so difficult because just about all lounges in Houston, TX were so willing and excited to keep The Hot Seat there! Going with the lounge BarHX, from the lighting - to the size of the location, everything was an immaculate pick for our party. Super intimate, this was sexy and enticing!

Possibly the most elegant, timely, and suave experience yet! After leaving Houston, Texas - coming back to visit the DMV was a MUST. Xavier the Relationship Coach of the RVA area came to host and did amazing. Every contestant was at their seat by 8:05 pm, making this night long lasting and fun-filled! The ladies were friendly and patient, while the fellas were gentlemen and excited! 2-year anniversary of The Hot Seat by Genny was a SUPER SUCCESS. OVER 70 SINGLES REGISTERED, and almost 60 singles arrived for the evening. Cheers to so many more!
